That’s why we are looking for a Financial Statement Administrator to join our team – one who shares in our vision!
The skills and qualifications for this position include:
Minimum 3 years' experience working as a senior level administrative assistant in a professional environment
Ideally, working experience in a Canadian CA firm, with knowledge about the preparation of financial statements in all areas, including Audit, Review and Compilations
College diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience in an administrative role
Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel
Familiarity with Caseware and experience with corporate and personal tax return preparation software is a definite asset
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in a team setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammatical and proof-reading ability
Superior organizational and time management skills
Experience working with senior professionals in a fast-paced environment, often with tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
Basic accounting knowledge
